Why was my order or part of my order canceled?

During campaigns, there is high demand, and it can happen that the stock levels do not update quickly enough. On your order receipt, you can see which products will be shipped to you and which products may not be sent. If part of your order has been canceled, you will of course not be charged for the product that was out of stock.
